Search across your own material
Contracts, minutes, manuals, old quotes, the shared drive. A question in plain language, an answer with its source and the paragraph it came from.

Write down what only exists in conversation
What is written nowhere gets asked rather than invented: conversations with the people who know become entries you can read back. What was only ever thought ends up on paper.

Permissions stay permissions
Anyone who cannot open a document today cannot reach it through search either. The source system's permissions still apply, otherwise search becomes a leak.

Common questions
- Do we have to document everything first?
- No, and that is the point. It is exactly where knowledge projects have failed for thirty years. We build on what is already there, messy as it is, and only write up what the first use case genuinely lacks.
- Do our documents stay in-house?
- If you want them to, yes. For companies with sensitive design or client data we build on your own hardware or in a German cloud. It costs more and in some industries it is the only version worth discussing.
- What if the search claims something wrong?
- That is why every answer carries its source. Without a visible source you cannot check the answer, and an unchecked answer inside a business is worse than none. If the system finds nothing suitable it says so rather than composing something.
