You build custom AI for customers: tailored open-source models, RAG pipelines and agents that actually run in the mid-market.
- Tailor open-source models for customers and roll them out on DE servers / on-premise
- Build workflows and agents that integrate into real systems (DATEV, M365, CRM)
- Clean, hand-over-ready solutions instead of hobby prototypes
Cyber Security Engineer / AI Security (m/f/d)
You make our AI and our customers' AI secure, from on-premise hardening via LLM attack protection to ISO 27001 / TISAX readiness. Security is a sales argument here, not an afterthought.
- Harden on-premise and DE hosting setups, lock down access to least privilege
- Address LLM-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration, tool permissions
- Build security and compliance processes: AVV/TOMs, incident response, ISO 27001 / TISAX readiness, pen-test support
AI consultant / Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)
You translate between management and engineering: potential analyses, roadmaps and accompanying AI projects across every department.
- Run potential analyses in mid-market companies
- Write AI roadmaps and accompany implementations
- Change management and team training on-site
