Custom AI for the company
Not a shelf product. We build the AI that fits your process, on your servers when the data requires it.
What people search for: custom AI solution, build in-house AI
The situation
ChatGPT and Copilot must not see customer data, personnel files or drawings. That is exactly where the work sits.
Every off-the-shelf tool knows the industry average, not your costing, your tone, your exceptions.
The last attempts stalled in the demo because nobody wrote the process down first.
What we build
/ 01
Decide first whether a tool is enough
Where the task is standard and no sensitive data is involved, we save you the custom build. Where data protection, specialist knowledge or independence matter, we build it ourselves.
/ 02
Tailor it, do not train from scratch
A strong open-source model, your knowledge store, tone and format from your own records. Expertise stays in the store, so a single document stays deletable. Hosted in Germany or on-premise.
/ 03
One area until it runs in live operations
Not five demos, one process someone in the firm uses without us sitting next to them. Then the next. What runs there is yours, documented, no lock-in.
What we do not automate
The most honest part of any project. On the left, what a system can take over. On the right, what stays with a person.
| The system handles it | A person keeps it | |
|---|---|---|
| Standard work | A ready-made tool when no sensitive data is involved | Building your own model just because AI is on the agenda |
| Customer data and secrets | Custom AI on DE servers or on-premise | Pouring the same data into public ChatGPT |
| The model | Take an open base model and cut it to this firm | Train a model from scratch. That burns millions |
| The decision | A proposal with the reasoning laid open | The final call. That stays with a person |
Common questions
- Is this not what every AI consultant promises?
- Most of them sell licences or a workshop. We build when building is the shorter path, and we say so when a ready-made tool is enough. Both are in writing before we start, including where the data sits and what you own at the end.
- Do we own the solution afterwards?
- Where we build on your infrastructure or a dedicated server in Germany, what runs there is yours, including data and configuration. We document so that your IT or another vendor can take over. No lock-in.
- How long until something runs in operations?
- The operating check takes two to three weeks. A first process is usable in days after that. A rollout across several areas runs three to six months, with a visible result every week.
- From what size does this pay off?
- Below about 20 staff the effort rarely pays. Above that it depends on the bottleneck, not the headcount. One area that costs the same manual step every week is the start, not the whole firm at once.

For companies whose teams do the same motions every day.
