CRM automation

Your CRM holds contacts from three years ago who would buy today. We build the follow-up nobody ever gets to.

What people search for: automate CRM, qualify leads, follow up

The situation

  • The CRM is tidy enough to look things up and too messy to work in.

  • Follow-up happens when somebody happens to remember.

  • Enquiries sit there, and at quarter end nobody can say why.

What we build

  1. / 01

    Make the base readable again

Duplicates, dead contacts, half-filled records. Before anything runs automatically the base gets merged and enriched, otherwise you are automating a mess.

  2. / 02

    Follow-up that happens

Who never replied after the enquiry, who went quiet after the quote, who showed interest two years ago: each case gets its own trigger and a prepared message that a person sends.

  3. / 03

    Qualify before the call

An incoming enquiry gets enriched and sorted before anyone opens it. Sales sees the enquiries where the call is worth making first.

What we do not automate

The most honest part of any project. On the left, what a system can take over. On the right, what stays with a person.

The system handles itA person keeps it
Data hygieneFind duplicates, fill fields from the actual caseDelete records before a person has looked
Follow-up messagesA draft that references the real caseSend automatically to an existing customer

Common questions

Does this work with our CRM?
Usually yes. We work at the interface, not at replacement: whatever has an API gets connected, and for grown systems without one there is normally an export-import route. Switching CRM is its own project and rarely the first step.
Can we simply email old contacts again?
Not simply. Marketing email needs consent or the narrow existing-customer exception under section 7 of the German Unfair Competition Act. So the system separates contacts you may email from those where the suggestion is: call them, or leave them.
Does the AI send the messages itself?
By default, no. It prepares, a person sends. For pure service information without marketing character you can decide otherwise, but that is a deliberate release, not a default setting.
