Instead: workshop days on real processes Why now AI literacy has been a duty since February 2025. Since the Omnibus it reads „take measures“. Article 4 of the AI Act requires every company that uses AI to take measures for the AI literacy of its staff. No fixed level, but measures you can show. A circular is not one. A training plan with an attendance list is. What the supervisor wants to see A training concept by role: who uses which AI for what, and what does that person need to know for it? What counts as evidence Attendance list with date and contents, versioned materials, new staff on the onboarding plan. What is not enough An email saying „please use it responsibly“, a link to a video, a workshop without a list. Seen it all, none of it holds. Why on site Not a distance course. For good reason. Since the German Federal Court of Justice ruled in June 2025, online programmes with videos, homework and feedback fall under the Distance Learning Protection Act, in business contracts too. Without a state licence such contracts are void. So we built the AI Workshop differently from day one. On site instead of platform Every module takes place in person, in your rooms or at ours in Ratingen. Online is limited to the intro call and the open Q&A afterwards. No exam, no grades We do not monitor learning success. You receive an attendance confirmation with contents, hours and date, exactly what your Art. 4 documentation needs. Your processes instead of exercises We work on your quotes, your receipts, your inbox. What is built on the workshop day stays in the company and runs the next morning. The programme Three levels, seven department modules, one workshop day. You do not book the whole thing. You book the levels your company needs, in the order that makes sense. Most start with the foundations morning or the day for decision makers. Duration For whom Level 1 Foundations for everyone One morning, 4 hours Every person in the company who has a computer What AI can and cannot do. How to check a result before passing it on. What never goes into a tool: customer data, health data, passwords. Your company's AI usage policy, explained and practised. Labelling under Article 50. Level 2 Department modules One day per module The people who run the process every day One module for one department, with its tools, its examples, its mistakes. Seven modules are ready, each ends with a process that runs the next day. Level 3 Day for decision makers One day Management, department heads, IT, data protection Use-case list, risk classes under the AI Act, vendor selection and DPA, works council, evidence, rollout plan. At the end stands your list, classified and prioritised. Workshop Workshop day on your own process One to two days One team, one process, one trainer No lecture. The team builds one concrete process with us, say email triage or the quote draft, until it runs in the company. Approval step included. The seven department modules One per department. With its tools, its examples. Sales and quotes Quote drafts from enquiry and price list, follow-up emails, CRM notes. With approval, without price errors. Bookkeeping and receipts Receipt pre-capture, pre-coding, payment matching. Four-eyes principle and GoBD stay. Customer service and inbox Email triage, reply drafts, knowledge base for the service bot, escalation to a human. Marketing and content Texts, images and campaigns with AI, labelling under Article 50, a tone that fits the company. HR and recruiting Job ads, onboarding material, knowledge documentation. And the line: applicant scoring is high risk, we show what works and what does not. Purchasing and documents Summarise contracts, maintain supplier data, make documents searchable without them leaving the building. Leadership and reporting Weekly report at the push of a button, KPIs explained, decision memos. What the AI proposes, what the human decides. Formats In your rooms, at ours or in an open group. In-house at your site We come to your company, across Germany, on request to Austria and Switzerland. Your tools, your data, your examples. Up to 12 people per module At ours in Ratingen For teams that want a day out. Our rooms near Düsseldorf, equipment and catering included. Up to 12 people Open group For small companies with two or three participants. Foundations and the decision-maker day as an open group in Ratingen, quarterly, dates on request. Places on request How it works From intro call to evidence. 01 Intro call, 30 minutes Online. Which departments, which tools, which levels. We also tell you when a module makes no sense for you. 02 Tailoring We adapt examples and exercises to your company. For that we need two hours with one person who knows the processes. 03 Training days on site In the agreed order, usually across six to twelve weeks. Every day ends with something that gets used the next morning. 04 Evidence Attendance confirmation per person with contents, hours and date, plus the training concept as a document for your Art. 4 file and the works council. 05 Open Q&A, 90 days One open question round per month, online, for all participants. No homework, no monitoring, just answers. What you get More than a day in a seminar room. Training concept by role, as a template for your documentation Attendance confirmation per person with contents, hours and date AI usage policy for your company, introduced in the foundations module Materials and prompt collection per module, versioned One running process per workshop day, documented Template for informing the works council under Section 98 BetrVG 90 days of open Q&A for all participants Registration Request a place. Tell us which level, how many people and where. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays with a date for the intro call. Investment Day rate per module, regardless of headcount up to 12 people. Plain figures in the intro call, no flat price on the page. Whether a funding programme of your federal state fits, we clarify there as well. FAQ Questions that come before registering. Is this a distance course or a formal qualification? Neither. The AI Workshop is in-company training on site. There is no exam, no grades and no certificate, but an attendance confirmation. That is why it does not fall under the German Distance Learning Protection Act and needs no ZFU licence. Is the attendance confirmation enough as evidence under Art. 4 AI Act? Since the AI Omnibus of July 2026, Art. 4 requires measures to support AI literacy, not a fixed level. A training concept by role plus an attendance list with dates is exactly what the Federal Network Agency wants to see as evidence. We deliver both. How big can the group be? Up to twelve people per module. Above that we split into two groups so that on the workshop day every person works instead of watching. Which tools are covered? The ones you have or want. We are vendor-neutral: Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude, Mistral or an open model on your own server. If you have nothing yet, the intro call gives you a recommendation that fits your data. Does the works council have to agree? For in-company training measures the works council has co-determination rights under Section 98 BetrVG. We supply the template for that and, on request, train the works council in the first group. Can we start with a single level? Yes. Most companies start with the foundations morning for everyone or the day for decision makers. Department modules and the workshop follow once it is clear where they pay off. Do you travel outside North Rhine-Westphalia? Yes, across Germany, on request to Austria and Switzerland. Travel costs are charged by effort and stated in the quote beforehand. Is there funding? Depending on the federal state there are programmes for in-company training. Whether one fits you, we clarify in the intro call. We promise nothing we have not checked. The first appointment is a conversation, not a contract. Intro call, 30 minutes, online. Afterwards you know which levels you need, in which order and what they cost. Request a place After the request Reply within 24 hours on weekdays Intro call online, 30 minutes Quote with order, dates and day rates Training days on site, evidence afterwards Note: In-company training on site. Not a distance learning service under the German FernUSG, no legal advice.
