No black box. Website content The articles under /wissen and the AI radar are drafted by our AI agent Jule, legal topics by Vera; every article names its author in the line under the title. Before publication Lucas Koch reviews and is accountable for every text. The remaining pages of this website we write ourselves, with AI tools for research, structure and drafts. Published content is human-accountable before publication. Content responsibility under section 18(2) MStV: Lucas Koch. The portraits of our AI agents (Lena, Mira, Nora, Vera, Jule, Kai, Ada and Beck) are AI-generated images of fictional characters, not photographs of real people. The trade photos in the chapter “We know your paper pile” on the home page are likewise AI-generated scenes without real people (labelled under Art. 50(4) EU AI Act). The photos of Lucas Koch and Can Tillmann are real photographs. Agent demos (current status) The chat, audio and walkthrough sections under /agents are demonstrations of our offering, not productive AI systems in customer operations. Example conversations and scenes shown are prepared editorially or anonymized from pilot projects. On dropdigital.de you currently do not interact with a live generative-AI chatbot. Open Graph preview images are generated programmatically from layout templates, not created by generative image AI. Planned live demos Once we enable interactive live demos, we will tell you clearly before the chat that you are interacting with an AI system (transparency duty under Art. 50 EU AI Act). AI answers in demos can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace individual advice. Details on how your inputs are processed are in the privacy policy. What we do not do on this website No biometric identification, no emotion recognition, no social scoring, and no automated decisions with legal or comparable effect about website visitors. Consulting requests via /beratung (Google Meet) and /vor-ort are handled by people. Contractual services are not performed or concluded by automated systems alone. Questions & updates These statements are updated when new AI features go live on the website. See the privacy policy and legal notice for the current date. Contact for AI transparency: lucas@dropdigital.de No live AI processing for visitors (currently) This website currently does not process chat inputs via external generative-AI APIs. Agent demos show static or editorially created example content. Planned live-chat demos When interactive agent demos are enabled, your inputs will be sent to a carefully selected, contractually GDPR-bound AI provider, in order to generate demo replies. We do not use your queries to train models. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in demonstrating our offering) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if you use the demo as part of a concrete inquiry. Retention: only as long as required for the demo session, unless a separate consent or pre-contractual relationship applies. Before using the live demo you will be informed about the AI interaction. You can end the demo at any time by leaving the page. Internal AI use AI tools may be used internally to create and maintain this website and to handle inquiries. She is labelled as AI, and she says so if you ask (transparency duty under Art. 50 EU AI Act). Her answers are based on the content of this website. They can be incomplete or wrong and do not replace individual advice. What a human commits to is what counts. Lena does not send or book anything on her own. She can show a form or free appointment slots; only you can submit them. Contact for AI transparency: lucas@dropdigital.de Chat assistant Lena When you use the chat in the bottom right, your message is sent to OpenRouter, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) and the model provider we connect there to generate an answer. Place of processing: USA. This is covered by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; the transfer to the USA rests on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where the recipient is certified, on the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services), or (b) where you use the chat to prepare a contract. According to the provider, inputs and outputs are retained only briefly: logging is disabled in our account, and the connected model provider may hold inputs for a short time for abuse monitoring. Your input is not used to train models. Voice input: if you use the microphone icon, your browser records your speech and we send the recording (about 30 seconds at most) to Deepgram, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) to turn it into text. We store no audio; the recognised text appears in your input field and only becomes a message when you send it. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking the microphone (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and for the transfer to the USA additionally Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR where no adequacy decision applies. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Deepgram; retention at the provider follows its privacy notice. You can always type instead. On our side we store a shortened version of your question with email addresses, phone numbers and long digit sequences removed, without your IP address and without the answer text, to improve future answers. Deleted after 90 days. If you voluntarily enter contact details into the form inside the chat, the section on contact enquiries in this policy applies. You can object at any time at lucas@dropdigital.de. Agent demos under /agents The demos under /agents continue to show static or editorially created example content and send no input to external AI services. Internal AI use AI tools may be used internally to build and maintain this website and to process enquiries. No form data from /beratung or /vor-ort is passed to public AI training. Transparency: example conversation, created editorially. You are not chatting with a live AI here. Transparency: audio samples are demonstration recordings, not real-time AI speech on this website. Transparency: animated example view, no automated decision and no live AI processing.
